1. Seller
The products on this website are sold by Ignacio Sabater Martínez, Tax ID (NIF) 24445139A, under the trade name Zona Guía. Contact: atencion@zonaguia.com.
2. Product
A practical guide in digital format (PDF) on creating YouTube channels with artificial intelligence without appearing on camera. Its contents are described on the main page. The external tools mentioned in the guide are not included and, where applicable, are purchased separately from their providers.
3. Price and payment
The price is the one shown on the sales page, taxes included. Any VAT applicable in the buyer's country is calculated at checkout. It is a one-time payment, with no subscriptions or further charges.
Payment is made through the Payhip platform by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payment details are handled securely by the payment processor; Zona Guía has no access to them.
4. Delivery
Delivery is immediate: once payment is complete, you will receive an email with a download link, which will also be available on the confirmation page. The link may allow a limited number of downloads. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or write to atencion@zonaguia.com.
5. Right of withdrawal
As this is digital content delivered immediately, and in accordance with Article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), the buyer expressly agrees that delivery begins upon completing the purchase and acknowledges that they therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal.
If the file does not work or has a technical defect, contact us and we will send you a working copy or refund your payment.
6. License
The purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license. Copying, sharing, reselling, distributing or publishing the guide, in whole or in part, without authorization is prohibited. Each copy may include the buyer's identifying details to protect the content.
7. Results
The guide is educational. No specific audience or income results are guaranteed, as these depend on each person's effort and on external factors such as the policies of YouTube and other platforms.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the buyer's country of residence. Where the buyer is a consumer, the courts of their place of residence will have jurisdiction.
