2. What data we process and why

Browsing: when you visit the website, the server logs technical data such as your IP address and browser, which is needed to display the site and keep it secure. This website does not use its own cookies or any analytics tools.
Purchases: when you buy a guide, the Payhip platform collects your name, email, country and payment details to process the order, apply the relevant taxes and deliver the product. Card details are handled by the payment processor; we never have access to them.
Contact: if you email us at atencion@zonaguia.com, we will use your email address and message to reply to you.

3. Legal basis

Performance of the purchase contract, to manage and deliver your order.
Compliance with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting requirements.
Our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and answering your enquiries.

4. How long we keep your data

Purchase data is kept for as long as needed to manage the order and then for the periods required by law (for example, tax retention periods). Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

5. Recipients

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. To provide the service we rely on the following providers, who process data under their own policies and with the safeguards required by law:

Payhip (Payhip Ltd., United Kingdom): sales and delivery platform for digital products.
Stripe: processing of card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments.
Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA): website hosting.
The email service provider for atencion@zonaguia.com.

Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers are made with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by emailing atencion@zonaguia.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the data protection authority in your country.
